3. Tromso, Norway: There are a few reasons Tromso, known as the capital of the Arctic, is extraordinary in winter. It's broadly viewed as Norway's most wonderful city and is a base for recognizing Aurora Borealis.

The Sunburn Festival is celebrated from Dec 27th to Dec 31st in the Vagator beach. Many water sports like scuba diving, flying fish and surfing are conducted here. Chapora Fort, Morjim Beach and St. Alex’s Catholic Church are the must visit places nearby.

And if you are snow loving person you can travel to Manali, Nagaland, Dalhousie, Uttarakhand and other hill stations which has direct opposite activities to do compared to Goa. Like you can do skiing, rope way, snow boarding and many enjoyable games.
